KOENIG Building + Restoration is a small family run business specializing in expertly designed and constructed residential teardown/rebuild projects primarily in Prairie Village, Fairway, and Leawood since 2010.

Our projects are built with expertise and quality craftsmanship, while respecting the character of the neighborhood. We pride ourselves on producing a quality product that we would live in, or build for our family and friends. We are committed to making dream homes become a reality.

Our company knows it's important to reduce waste when tearing down and rebuilding a home. Prior to demolition, we take care to transplant as much of an existing home's landscaping to other properties, repurposing perennials and established plants where possible. We also donate any reusable appliances and building materials to Habitat Restore for the benefit of Habitat for Humanity. Several energy efficient and functional upgrades, which go above and beyond what is required by building code, are standard in our new homes.
